There was so much to look at there was an outside greenhouse and an inside store right next to each other. I was very impressed with the plants and there prices seemed reasonable some of the plants had the price on them but most did not. It was just an item code. I feel if you're new to plants and don't know the reasonable price, there is room for profiling pricing, not to say they do that there . I only say that because it has happened to us not here but at other plant stores I like to see the price right away but I loved this store and the staff were super friendly and took the time to talk about the items well done guys and girls I will be returning and the price thing is just my opinion thank you for my beautiful plants 👍👍👍👍👍👍😍

Such a magical place! There are so many wonderful and interesting succulents and tropical plants. The ladies working were super helpful in picking out plants that will work for best for our setup. They took us to the greenhouse nearby that has even more beautiful plants to choose. We will definitely be back. The prices are very good for such high quality plants. Thank you!

This is my third purchase from Succulents Empire. 1st order was amazing- both the communication and the 1 gal Melano I ordered. Months later, she’s healthy, happy and GROWING, regularly putting out new leaves. 2nd order had some miscommunication and the incorrect plant delivered. It was resolved amicably and at the end of the day, this sort of thing happens from time to time. My point here is that the business responded. 3rd order was good- I paid for the expedited shipping. I don’t understand people that pay $$$ for their plants and then take the cheapest shipping option. Travel is stressful! Especially for these rarer plants. The Amazonica Aurea is smaller than I expected and not as variegated. To me at least, after going back and looking at the site, it isn’t very close to how it was represented. Small Alocasias in general don’t travel, even with expedited. I’m down to 3 leaves, but taking care of it and I’m staying optimistic, while also hoping for some better variegation. If it would have been more than the $50 I paid for it I’d probably feel a lot more upset with what I received. I also ordered a 1 gal Albo ($500), and she is a BEAUTY! Some of the leaves turned a little brown while getting acclimated (expected), but I am so happy to have this one in my collection. Roots, etc are healthy. I saw some complaints about cost of the plants, root rot, too much water, etc. Not to sound condescending (honestly not my intention because who wouldn’t want to pay “less”), but no one is forcing anyone to buy at the price point the business lists their products. You do have the right to shop around. And in certain instances, specifically for rare, hard to find mature plants, the pricing isn’t that far off the mark. Root rot and too much moisture I’ve found to be a real risk of online plant purchases. If you catch it quickly you can mitigate the damage. I invested in a soil meter and I’ve more than gotten my money’s worth. Gives me great visibility and more often than not, all I have to do is pull the plant out of the pot to give it more “breathing room” for a few days.

I am just in love with this little shop!! Super helpful people. I needed an executive gift that wasn't just another boring floral bouquet. They asked for a budget and let me pick a few of my favs and then added their own expertise. It was such a pleasant experience and the final little succulent garden is just perfection! I will definitely be returning for both personal and professional gifts

Poor communication and owner delayed sending the plant for weeks, even though I paid $60 for expedited 24-48 hour shipping. I did not receive a refund on the shipping either. I ordered 4 plants from their website and the seller only sent me 3 out of 4 of the plants. I immediately emailed the owner on the same day I got my package and called her. The owner promised me on multiple occasions that she’d send me my plant that day, but didn’t follow through or reply to my email asking for a status update or refund. I finally received the plant out of the blue, weeks after I got my first package. I didn’t get a shipping notification or any email response about the status. I wish the store was honest with me about the shipping status of my plant. They told me week after week that the plant would be sent that “Monday” or “Tuesday,” but did not follow through. My $60 expedited shipping cost was wasted and it took a lot of work to try to get the issue that they caused resolved. I would not recommend ordering online from this shop.
